Use of the service
GymNotebook is provided for personal fitness tracking. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the app, website, or other users.
Health and fitness disclaimer
GymNotebook does not provide medical advice. Fitness activities can involve risk, and you are responsible for deciding whether an exercise, workout, or training plan is appropriate for you. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing a fitness program.
Your content
You are responsible for the workout data, notes, templates, and other information you enter. You should keep any backups you consider necessary.
Purchases
Optional subscriptions and lifetime unlocks are billed through the App Store or Google Play under those stores’ terms. For Apple distribution, Apple’s standard Licensed Application EULA also applies: Apple standard EULA.
Intellectual property
GymNotebook, including its name, design, content, and software, is owned by its respective rights holders and protected by applicable law. These terms do not grant you ownership of the app or website.
Availability and changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of GymNotebook at any time, and may update these terms by posting a revised version.
Disclaimer of warranties
GymNotebook is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of GymNotebook.
